1. the determination of the proper sequence of past events
2. the arrangement of dates, events, etc., in order of occurrence
3. a table or list of events arranged in order of occurrence
chronologix:
"I wanted this project to be a journey
so it would almost work like a story when listened from start to finish...
I listen to music mainly when i travel whether Im driving or walking so
i thought id shape the project around that..this developed into the idea of me viewing
each track like a level in a video game ( but i didn't want it to sound like one!),
so it starts with some action,
then progresses with intensity over each track finishing
with a seriously hardcore battle track!
much like the standard format of cult video games. Each level
testing you, finishing with an incredible battle with the odds stacked
more and more against you the further you progress.
by viewing the project this way i thought it would work
well as a whole E.P. as well as each track regaining its own individuality..
so, chron-o-logix is like this:
it starts with banging hard boom bap and continues
on to more experimental lyricism.
time and space/mortality are the themes
to the E.P. but i didn't want that to rule over the project,
so I've tried to be subtle with them, but they're there...
it sort of works in two parts the first five tracks are like a party
to get you amped for the journey of the last four songs, but u need
to listen to it from start to finish to experience it for yourself really,
ive worked with some of Europes finest producers on this project
so im really proud to have it released..and the best thing about it is,
its just the tip of the iceberg, there's a lot more on the way soon!
so cop it! you wont regret it!" One O Z
